Job Description

We are currently looking fill a position for an administrative professional with 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, accounts payable/receivable, etc.

This position will be in an office environment.  We request the individual to be a contributor in a team environment helping our company grow.  We tend to assist each other in most all tasks and priorities.   As a small business, we are all of the departments.  Whatever task we are in charge of requires our diligence, attention to detail, and timeliness, among others.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Quick Books is a must.

This individual will need to be comfortable with multitasking and assuming additional tasks and priorities at any given moment.

He or she will be responsible for organizing and managing a considerable amount of documents, files, and data in relation to our business operations.  This would include customer and vendor files, financial/insurance data, personnel/HR data, company and organizational priorities such registrations, certifications, etc. This person will be regularly involved in tasks such as purchasing, billing, customer and vendor communications and so forth.

 

Hours: Monday – Friday  7:30am – 4:00pm

Salary/Pay Rate: TBD
