Located in Lakeland, Florida, East Polk, LLC was founded by a father and son team in January of 2005 and has grown to service the entire state of Florida. East Polk, LLC is proud to offer service contracts, maintenance contracts, and emergency services to clients, helping businesses large and small to keep their boilers in ship shape and providing the hot water and steam they need to comfortably run their operations.
